Mrs. Laura Roberts Hall

Mrs. Laura Roberts-Hall is a Registered Dietitian and current President of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians (TTANDi). TTANDi is a non-governmental organization (NGO) whose mission is to increase the public’s awareness of the role of

nutrition in promoting good health.

Mrs. Roberts-Hall is a member of the Program Committee within the Trinidad and Tobago Non-communicable Diseases Alliance (TTNCDA). One of her core beliefs is that good nutrition plays a critical role in the prevention of a number of non-communicable diseases in Trinidad and Tobago. Her vision is that the TTNCDA will be the advocates for the promotion of healthy food options throughout the nation.

Mrs. Laura Roberts-Hall holds a BSc. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a post graduate diploma in Institutional and Community Dietetics and Nutrition from University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Currently she is an MSc. candidate at the University of the West Indies, pursuing a Masters in Food Science and Technology.

Mrs. Roberts-Hall has a wealth of experience working in the field of nutrition and dietetics. She has worked within the North West Regional Health Authority, the North Central Regional Health Authority and served as a dietitian for the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Currently she works within the nutrition and dietetics department at the South West Regional Health Authority, helping her fellowmen improve their health and well-being

through good nutrition practices.
